1. Treatment for morning nausea in pregnancy

It is found in fruits, dried prunes, flaxseed and whole grain products. Remember to drink plenty of water between meals during pregnancy. Long baths with the addition of half a glass of apple cider vinegar should also help alleviate this unpleasant condition. You can apply aloe vera or coconut oil to the affected areas. The substances should quickly eliminate the discomfort.

3. Ways to deal with pregnancy heartburn

Future young mothers are faced with heartburn. It is due to the fact that the growing uterus pushes stomach acids the wrong way. If you suffer from chronic heartburn, we suggest:

  • swap carbonated water for non-carbonated water;
  • don’t eat a lot of citrus fruits-oranges, lemons or tangerines are better off temporarily eliminated from your diet
