Blueberry muffins

Ingredients:

1/2 cup spelt flour,

1/2 cup cooked millet groats,

1/3 cup coconut oil,

3/4 cup plant milk,

2 eggs,

Method of preparation

First, sift the flour into a large bowl and combine it with the baking powder. In another bowl, whisk eggs, add milk and coconut oil. Then add the wet products to the dry ones. Sweeten the mixture as required and add the buckwheat and fruit. Mix well, then put the mixture into the muffin tins. Then put the muffins for 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 170 degrees

Ingredients:

3/4 cup spelt flour,

2 eggs,

1/3 cup canola oil or melted butter,

1 teaspoon baking powder,

1/3 teaspoon baking soda,

2 cubes of dark chocolate,

handful of mixed walnuts or hazelnuts.

Method of preparation:

The first step is to mash the banana into a smooth paste, you can do this with a fork. Then add eggs, oil, flour, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda and nuts. Then mix all the ingredients thoroughly and put the mixture into cupcake tins. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put them into the cupcake tins. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes until browned
