Stretch marks on breasts very often appear in pregnant women and teenagers who grow intensively. Is it possible to get rid of them? And why do they appear at all?
Stretch marks on breasts do not look aesthetic. However, they appear in the case of many women. Most often they are an unwanted reminder after pregnancy, when the body changes intensively in a very short time. Breasts grow and a woman gains weight. In addition, there are hormonal changes. The same happens during puberty. Then on the breasts you can first notice red bumps, which later fade and their appearance somewhat resembles thin scars. This does not look good, so it is no wonder that many women are looking for ways to get rid of them.
Stretch marks usually appear on the stomach, thighs and breasts. There can be several reasons for their appearance. These include: sudden weight loss – or vice versa, rapid weight gain – genetic predisposition and hormonal changes. In the case of pregnancy, the “culprit” is usually cortisol. High levels of this hormone inhibit the production of collagen fibers. Therefore, the skin is not able to stretch as much, so it comes to a break. When this happens, red welts first appear on the skin, which become fainter and fainter over time.
Getting rid of stretch marks is not easy. Especially if they are already old, that is, they have turned a white/light shade. Currently, the most effective method will be a laser treatment in aesthetic medicine salons performed by a specialist. Thanks to thousands of tiny streams that reach deep into the skin, microscopic damage occurs. Then the skin begins to regenerate, so it produces more collagen. This treatment is not painful, in most cases local anesthesia is used. After several sessions (depending on the number and size of stretch marks) the skin should be smooth and healthy
Needle mesotherapy can also help to completely get rid of stretch marks. This procedure involves injecting special needles with hyaluronic acid or nutritional cocktails of vitamins, microelements, amino acids, whose aim is to increase the production of collagen and elastin. The preparations are injected directly into the place where there are stretch marks. After the first treatment the skin becomes noticeably firmer and tighter, and unaesthetic wrinkles are less visible. Sometimes, however, it is necessary to perform several treatments to effectively get rid of stretch marks on breasts.
A slightly different procedure, which allows to get rid of stretch marks, is micro-needle mesotherapy with the use of a DermaPen device. In this case, the skin is punctured at different depths, active substances are delivered and cause micro-trauma in the skin. This treatment stimulates the living layers of the skin and loosens the connections between cells. It also stimulates microcirculation. All of this makes scars or stretch marks smaller and shallower until, over time, they become completely unnoticeable.
