Can drinking coffee affect a woman’s fertility?

You need about 2 min. to read this article.

Caffeine makes it harder to get pregnant. This is confirmed by a study published in the British Journal of Pharmacology. So if you want to become a mother in the near future, we recommend switching to tea

Many women only cut coffee out of their menu when a pregnancy test shows a positive result. Few women realize, however, that starting the day without a cup of this beverage can result in fewer problems getting pregnant. Why is this the case? Researchers from the Nevada School of Medicine investigated the topic.

Does caffeine reduce fertility?

Experts have no doubt that there is a link between coffee consumption and fertility. American scientists conducted tests on mice which proved that caffeine inhibits muscle contractions in the fallopian tubes. This is important because the muscles in the fallopian tubes carry ova from the ovaries to the uterus. When this process is disrupted, the body’s fertility is significantly reduced.

When this process is disrupted, the fertility of the body is significantly reduced. The point is that if the future mother gives up drinking this beverage, she will give herself a greater chance of having fewer problems in the blessed state (such as nausea or vomiting). It’s also worth realizing that caffeine flushes out some microelements from the body (e.g. magnesium), which are very necessary for pregnant women. Moreover, coffee stimulates not only you, but also the baby. And we don’t have to add that such action can affect the abnormal development of the nervous system of the baby.

So what should girls who can’t imagine a day without coffee do? Reach for green tea, which has similar properties. Grain coffee can also be an alternative.
