Experts also recommend that the diet of a woman expecting a baby should include peaches, apricots, mangoes and melons, which contain a lot of beta-carotene. Banana, in turn, is an excellent portion of valuable magnesium and potassium for the body

Apples are also recommended during pregnancy, as they are not only healthy but also help with constipation. Plums have a similar effect, as they contain pectin, which influences the work of intestines and cleanses them from toxins

Pomegranates are an excellent fruit that should be used by future moms. They contain a lot of vitamins A and E as well as antioxidants and natural antioxidants. Additionally, they are rich in potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium and iodine.

Fruits that are better not to eat during pregnancy

A lot of vitamin C can also be found in citrus fruits and strawberries. It should be remembered, however, that very often these fruits are allergic, and in addition they can cause heartburn, which is very annoying during pregnancy. It is not necessary to eliminate them from your diet completely, but it is worth reducing them a little.
